Overall, they’re pretty good nice and professional. It just seems like as my son grows and he starting to transition. They’re canceling more of his appointments and not really as eager as they once was in the beginning for him to progress.
I had emailed here sharing a little bit about where we were and my daughter being recommended for PDA evaluation. I received an email from Samantha that was an auto email asking to book an appointment. Because we've ran into so many not working with PDA specifically I asked if they worked with this type of Autism? She said no and I responded back if she had a referral for it? Really loved the experience at this place! Especially the rock climbing! Will come again..
I would not recommend this facility to parents who are actively involved in their child’s care and want to see meaningful growth and progress. In my experience, Kaitlyn Rodrigues, the Regional Director, made me feel demeaned as a parent and suggested that I needed help with my child simply because I did not agree with everything being communicated to me. At first it was difficult; the staff changed every day, and my daughter couldn't adapt. Initially, I hesitated to continue taking her to the center, but after a while, she was assigned some wonderful people who have done a magnificent job. My daughter has made so much progress. From barely saying 50 words and not being social—she babbled a lot—with the help of the center and the ABA program, she now speaks much more and is social with the other children.
