This company only works for a select lucky few. The communication with the BCBAs tend to be terrible. Employees are scared to do substitution because they're not given any info on the client until they officially begin, and that's not even guaranteed. They don't guarantee lunch breaks. In the group chats people would say they haven't gotten their lunch break before their client needs to leave. If their lucky, the parent will show up beginning-mid lunch. Their hygiene is terrible. I read stories from other clinics, and thei... read more

The low score was a slip, I was very pleased with this facility for both of my children. They made incredible progress and really loved their techs!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but my family's experience with Centria Autism has been far from satisfactory. The primary issue stems from a complete lack of effective communication. If you are looking to get ABA service for your child, do not waist your time with this company unless you’re ok with having your child learn new faces every couple of months. This company can not keep their ABA Techs. They comes and goes every few months. And if you have a child with Autism, you’ll know learning new routines is not easy for your child. The managements are horrible. The communication is even worse. There is NO COMMUNICATION except they WILL call you at 7:00 in the morning to remind you to pay your bill. We ha... read more

Our son was dropped from services with zero notice. Reason? We will not do 30-40 hours of therapy a week and drop all other therapies. We’ve even reduced his school schedule so he can do ABA and they’re not satisfied. Driven by $$$$ here. With at least 3 ethical violations by our BCBA, we will be filing complaints with the licensing boards in Oregon and Nationally.
