Centria only works for a select lucky few. The BCBS most of the time don't communicate with their ABAs regarding their clients. When substitutes are needed, no one wants to because they aren't told anything about the client until they officially begin, and that's not guaranteed. They repeatedly have a history of not filling in for anyone's breaks. If hygiene is a concern for you, it doesn't happen. The DCS over the VB market exhibits extremely poor leadership. Her idea of support involves scheduling a virtual meeting where she smiles and nods while you explain your situation and then tells you that you must do something regardless of how uncomfortable the situation makes you feel or how unethical the request is. Real and viable solutions are not her strong suit. And yes, unethical requests are made.
