My child and I had a positive experience working with Centria. Communication was great. Even though we are moving on to the next chapter my son changed so much in a really positive way . He is more independent and I really thank Centria , Adolfo , Noah, Austin and Seth for all the hard work.

Horrible experience. I have waisted so much time. They hire just anyone , terrible unqualified “techs” that are lazy and don’t actually do anything. They continue to give me terrible service, my daughter is the one that suffers. Now they want to drop her from her therapy because their techs are so awful they’re blaming my daughter’s lack of progress on their crappy hiring. They don’t actually care about kids with autism it has been a huge waist of time, terrible company terrible service. My daughter could have even getting a... read more

I read stories from other clinics, and thei... read more

The low score was a slip, I was very pleased with this facility for both of my children. They made incredible progress and really loved their techs!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but my family's experience with Centria Autism has been far from satisfactory. The primary issue stems from a complete lack of effective communication. Queries often fall on deaf ears, responses are slow when they come, and many times they are vague, leaving us more confused than informed. Moreover, their treatment of challenging situations, instead of empathizing and finding solutions, has been frustratingly disappointing. My sibling, who indeed has unique needs, was on the verge of bei... read more
