Don't even bother applying. Done so twice both times was canceled less than 12 hours before and the first time I had to email for a reason. I applied within the first few hours and took the first interview. They obviously don't want to train someone or are very picky cause they aren't the highest paying job by any means.
Don't bother! I scheduled a phone appointment with this company, and they never called me. I sat there waiting for an agent to contact me for 15 min. Then I got a text message and email saying that the agent "tried to contact me but couldn't reach me." I sat there with my phone and waited, but I never got a call from anyone. What a complete waste of time, and no, I'm not going to reschedule something that's not going to happen, smh.
This review is specifically for the ABA portion. Getting my children tested was a easy going process. Unfortunately, I had to d/c services with Centeia last night abruptly. Let me start last month was holidays, it's a fold and flu season, and snowing quite a bit in the mts. Worst company I’ve worked for . So unprofessional, I’ve heard ever since i got hired to always write down your hours because of how unorganized they are and it happened to me as promised(sadly). No communication from FSM’s about absolutely anything going on . You’re put on the back burner if you don’t bug them every single day & the fact that they have such a high turnover rate is mostly because you’re waiting months for a case to be assigned to you to later find our all the new employees have all the hours you have been ask... read more
If you are looking to apply here, please go somewhere else. I loved my job, but I was bounced from 4 clients in less than 6 months. For ridiculous reasons. They even had me train my replacement for my case without letting me know. Then I was informed they were firing me because I didn’t call a specific person back. I never received a call from said person. So the job they do for the kids is amazing. But the management? Not good
