Don't bother! I scheduled a phone appointment with this company, and they never called me. I sat there waiting for an agent to contact me for 15 min. Then I got a text message and email saying that the agent "tried to contact me but couldn't reach me." I sat there with my phone and waited, but I never got a call from anyone. What a complete waste of time, and no, I'm not going to reschedule something that's not going to happen, smh.

This review is specifically for the ABA portion. Getting my children tested was a easy going process. Unfortunately, I had to d/c services with Centeia last night abruptly. Let me start last month was holidays, it's a fold and flu season, and snowing quite a bit in the mts. Due to the listed reasons above I had to reschedule a few times in the last month due to those reasons listed above. We ALWAYS made up the hours! Update: they had me send insurance information several times...only to get a $625 bill...they keep cancelling sessions and the number on the bill hangs up every time. I really understand why there's a 2.6 rating now. It's a joke already. Time to look for another place. Update: After the 3rd call I got the number to the local office, they have since been very helpful. I still think they should be easier to get a hold of. This may very well be a good company but I wouldnt know because I can't get through to anybody to talk about services. I called yesterday at 4:30pm and despite being a 24 hour hotline I was told that I needed to call back the next day. I called the only number I could find at 10am today. I wanted you to be aware of Centria in Albuquerque NM. My son was to receive ABA therapy through them. During the intake he escalated when the BCBA Angeline Clarke insisted that he stay off the computer while she was there and she would take his hand held electronic game out from his hands and stated it was her turn.
