As a parent going into this program there have been more cons them pros. I try my best to work with the higher ups over tedious problems , like court order custody but the staff here are relentless for making up hours and times. For the holidays they give one day off for Thanksgiving and one day off for Christmas and that's it! Asking for more days off is like pulling out your own teeth! We went for an eval today, both the provider and Andres (at the front desk) were wonderful! Andres was kind, informative and engaging while I waited for a few hours in the waiting room. He greeted both staff and clients by name and had an overall warm and welcoming demeanor.
This review is specifically for the ABA portion. Getting my children tested was a easy going process. Unfortunately, I had to d/c services with Centeia last night abruptly. Let me start last month was holidays, it's a fold and flu season, and snowing quite a bit in the mts. Update: they had me send insurance information several times...only to get a $625 bill...they keep cancelling sessions and the number on the bill hangs up every time. I really understand why there's a 2.6 rating now. It's a joke already. Time to look for another place. Don't bother! I scheduled a phone appointment with this company, and they never called me. I sat there waiting for an agent to contact me for 15 min. Then I got a text message and email saying that the agent "tried to contact me but couldn't reach me." I sat there with my phone and waited, but I never got a call from anyone. What a complete waste of time, and no, I'm not going to reschedule something that's not going to happen, smh.
