I had the absolute worst time at this center due to the center administrator who’s name is Alberto! Long story short it all started when he was not giving my daughter he medication when it was suppose to have it. Along with the bullying he does with parents of color. It’s absolutely sickening. This man had an issues with the aba tech and me and took that out on my child. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible communication. No calls back. Had to sit on hold for 30 mins finally to see whats going on, and only to be told they wont accept my sons medicaid even though I have private insurance as well. Keep ur kids away from this horrible company. Letting my doctors office know as well so they stop sending referrals
Centria was always viewed as a great center for my kiddos until the tech called CPS on me randomly without asking me anything so everything was randomly done behind my back things are good now it’s just WHY? Would you do that to a single mother trying her best ?
