The director Mackenzie is very unprofessional I was constantly Under promised therapy start dates for my son & YOU have to be on them about your child’s appointments because this team has communication problems when it comes to informing parents on further more delays . Not to mention during the evaluation I heard children screaming . We had a horrible experience at this location. First their intake coordinator told us my son was going to be able to start services within a few weeks and it took a few months. Second, the first tech they assigned to us had a major hygiene issue and could be smelled within a few feet of her. I brought it up nicely to the staff, and they refuse to do anything to change it. The photos shown are not the actual Facility! Cleanliness is not a priority. Illusion of cleanliness and illusion of concern for clients are a priority, and attempts to actually provide these crucial services are met with suspicion. Staff turnover is very high, so well trained experienced techs are very few here.
