Was scheduled at 12:20 was in the room at 12:20 done amd waiting until 1:30 to finally see the doctor went out looking and calling for help at the end and no one was around asked to talk to the office manager daisy she never came to acknowledge my issues and took them still 25 min after finding staff and asking and still never heard back same issues as borrego even now as dap . Go anywhere else they do not care how you feel
Worst possible urgent care clinic. Don't waste your time. Every time I go they have some excuse why they're unable to help. The girls at the front engage in loud personal conversations while ignoring guests who are waiting to be helped (talking about who they're hooking up with, etc etc).. Insanely unprofessional. After 3 attempts I've literally never been actually helped by a Doctor. Never going back...
Do not ignore the negative reviews here and avoid coming here at all costs if you have a serious medical emergency. I came in for problems with my ear & instead of referring me to an ent specialist the doctor misdiagnosed me with sinus issues and an allergy when I had no apparent symptoms whatsoever. He prescribed me two unnecessary medications that could've potentially harmed my nose & body if I took them blindly.
I told the emergency room staff to pay more attention, but every time I come for treatment, they get the CVS address wrong. I even told them the correct address again before I left, and they still got it wrong. It's really frustrating!
Brought my special needs daughter, It was closer to closing time on a Friday. She was seen by Dr. Rios. Upon Leaving he advised two different prescriptions he would be sending in. Since it was later in the day I figured I would wait until the following day to pick up. Unfortunately they were never sent in. I called the office & the staff was great! The girl on the phone was extremely helpful but the doctor on staff wouldn’t send the prescription because Rios was off & this doctor hadn’t seen my daughter….I am livid to say th... read more
