I had a wonderful experience at Centro Medico El Cajon. The front desk staff on the second floor were amazing, especially Lubna. She was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rest of the front desk team was also professional and caring. Dr. Hernandez and the nurses were excellent. They treated me with kindness, respect, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Thank you all for the outstanding care!

I was told to go to Urgent care over the phone at 11:00 am before they go to lunch at Noon. I checked googles maps and told them I'd arrive 11:27am so should I wait until they come back at 1:00pm, they said no just check in by 11:50. I arrived to an empty waiting room and checked in at 11:29 am, I was told they couldn't see me bcuz they were booked!!
