Everyone in the office is exceptional, providing a wonderful experience from the moment you arrive until you depart. The staff and Doctor Cernero are outstanding. I required an appointment at another facility, and the nurse from that department called to accommodate my schedule while I was on site. I love Dr. Cernero and his office staff! They are always so efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I always schedule my appointments during my lunch hour, and I’ve never waited longer than 2-5 minutes to be seen. Their new office location makes the visit just as amazing. An easily accessible area to be dropped off and picked up, as well as available parking spaces, without the long haul of a walk from the parking lot to the building. “I’m officially spoiled”. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Felt very comfortable. Dr. Cenero was very caring and listened. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Brenda was wonderful to discuss my options. I did not feel rushed. Very comfortable and caring office.
Dr Cernero was simply awesome with an excellent bedside manner. From my original consultation to completion of my surgery he and his entire team were amazing!!! I highly recommend him and his team.
