We were so impressed with the new facility. It’s so nice. Light, airy, spacious. And we were more impressed either way Dr. Cernero! Such a personable and friendly fella! Unassuming. He explained the situation and what would be done. No need for any further testing because Dr. Alexander was so thorough. I will be in good hands!
Everyone in the office is exceptional, providing a wonderful experience from the moment you arrive until you depart. The staff and Doctor Cernero are outstanding. I required an appointment at another facility, and the nurse from that department called to accommodate my schedule while I was on site. I’ve had two necessary medical surgeries in the last year with Dr. Cernero and have been very happy with his attentiveness, skill, and care. Each time before surgery he would ask if he could pray with me and I really appreciated the effort he made to pray and make me feel more at ease.
