Everyone in the office is exceptional, providing a wonderful experience from the moment you arrive until you depart. The staff and Doctor Cernero are outstanding. I required an appointment at another facility, and the nurse from that department called to accommodate my schedule while I was on site. This level of service was maintained even as they were transitioning into their new office. We were so impressed with the new facility. It’s so nice. Light, airy, spacious. And we were more impressed either way Dr. Cernero! Such a personable and friendly fella! Unassuming. He explained the situation and what would be done. No need for any further testing because Dr. Alexander was so thorough. I will be in good hands!
Dr. Cernero is kind, thoughtful and truly is very concerned about his patients. He listens to what you have to say and gives you plenty of time to chat with him. His staff is also the best, kind and considerate and extremely enjoyable to work with.
