Best physician experience I’ve had in years. I was greeted right away, checked in, called back to a room moments later, seen by Dr. Cenero a few minutes after that and was out within a very short period of time! Every person that I interacted with was polite and helpful. I had also called in advance to discuss insurance questions and someone contacted me with answers to my questions and had more information than expected which was very helpful. Very nice meeting Dr. Cernero and his staff. Initial visit went quickly and was very informative. He saw the problem, had me diagnosed, and scheduled me for surgery. Thank you Dr. Cernero and staff. The surgery went very smoothly. Dr. Cernero's surgical team are the best. Once I was in the OR everyone was operating with precision and made sure I was comfortable.
