As a dedicated customer of Cerritos Infiniti for over a decade, I have always appreciated the level of service I received—until the recent merger with Nissan, which unfortunately has led to a noticeable decline in quality. Recently, I brought my vehicle in for routine oil changes and a general check-up. Yesterday I went in to pick up my vehicle and they changed the oil but look at how messy the oil change was. I told them to bring me the mechanic but they kept trying to get me out of there. I will be making a complaint. This is very unprofessional. My car is full of oil spill as seen on the pictures attached.
I don't usually go to the dealership for car repairs (don't judge); however, I had to today. I am so thankful Krysta Ysais was my Service Advisor! She gave a detailed explanation, went over payment options, and after the diagnosis she went over necessary repairs. Thank you, Krysta!
The representative are good, they made an easy transition into getting the maintenance. However, the team in the back, who knows what goes on... They have me waiting more than hour after I paid and car was ready to pick. Their excuse- another car is parked in front of mine and they misplaced those car keys Horrible experience! Bad organization and horrible team communication.
