Huge shoutout to Nancy B at Infiniti Cerritos! Came in for routine service and an annoying error code. Nancy jumped right in, made the whole process easy, and took care of the warranty issue without any hassle. Super friendly, super helpful, and clearly knows her stuff. Eduardo was great and very patient with me. When an issue became apparent when I picked up my vehicle, I received great advice from Pepe and Eduardo quickly sought a solution. Unfortunately, the solution required me to wait at least one hour and I couldn't afford to wait as I had to be elsewhere soon. No problem. He set me up with a loaner vehicle and sent me on my way. Eduardo, Service Advisor, took excellent care of my car. The oil was changed, new air filter, tire rotation and ZacTek body coating. All was done under warranty.
