Great and thorough service
I had a very good experience and everyone was very nice, it made my car buying experience very easy. Although I wasn't approved for the car I wanted, I was able to be approved for another. The only feedback I would provide for the sales rep are to follow through. I purchased an electric vehicle and was not provided with information on how to charge and where to charge. Eduardo Bravo and the service staff took care of the open recalls with my vehicle with little down time.
Some of the problems were fixed but a sound that I can hear in the engine was not. The light engine is not blinking or on anymore but I still think there is something else with the car . The advisors try to keep me updated on whatever the mechanics find.
