Krista gave me excellent customer service. Krista took her time in answering all the questions that I did have. I know it is a drive for me to take my car to Nissan Cerritos auto Square for service knowing that I have the closest to me is in Glendale and Burbank. Thanks to Bijai, I got a great experience at the dealership. I got the perfect car that fit my new growing family and she gave me great advice as well as information on all cars I was interested in. She made sure that I test drove all the cars I looked at and made sure that they had all features I was seeking. She got an estimate on my car and put it towards my down payment as well. We took the NV200 because someone stolen catalytic converter from the van 🤔🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ so this our main dealership since we purchased here last year 2021😉😎 this place did a very good job, the service was totally awesome 🤩 as soon the insurance company paid everything, service center called me that the van was done, I was like that wasn't bad, because we expected so much time waiting for the NV to be done...
