I had a 7:30am appointment. I waited in the lobby watching groups of people come, get their cars fixed, and leave, assuming my car was also being worked on. 1:30pm I asked for an update on my situation and I was told they would know more within the hour. 2:30pm I ask for an update again. I was told that ten minutes before, 2:20pm, they started working on my issue. Edward Bravo was the best. Was not sure why my car was not starting. He took the time and thoroughly went through what could be the problem . After a headache of transmission issues , it was fixed . Thank you so much for your honesty and customer service it was beyond exceptional

I have had the pleasure of having Tony Fears as the service advisor for my mother’s car for several years. Tony has always been courteous and honest with the repairs needed for my mom’s vehicle. Now that I own a Nissan I was getting service at another Nissan location. In comparison to my experience with Tony the other location was unfortunately a much different experience, an experience that impacted the trustworthiness of service advisor at the other Nissan location.
