I have had the pleasure of having Tony Fears as the service advisor for my mother’s car for several years. Tony has always been courteous and honest with the repairs needed for my mom’s vehicle. Now that I own a Nissan I was getting service at another Nissan location. Tony Fears has been my service advisor for years. He remembers me and my car and is honest about the service my car needs. My current vehicle is almost 10 years old and I only bring it to Cerritos Nissan/Infiniti for service. My car is great and Tony is the best.
We took the NV200 because someone stolen catalytic converter from the van 🤔🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ so this our main dealership since we purchased here last year 2021😉😎 this place did a very good job, the service was totally awesome 🤩 as soon the insurance company paid everything, service center called me that the van was done, I was like that wasn't bad, because we expected so much time waiting for the NV to be done... Thanks to Bijai, I got a great experience at the dealership. I got the perfect car that fit my new growing family and she gave me great advice as well as information on all cars I was interested in. She made sure that I test drove all the cars I looked at and made sure that they had all features I was seeking. She got an estimate on my car and put it towards my down payment as well. Krista gave me excellent customer service. Krista took her time in answering all the questions that I did have. I know it is a drive for me to take my car to Nissan Cerritos auto Square for service knowing that I have the closest to me is in Glendale and Burbank. However, the service there in Cerritos is awesome starting as when you arrive to leave your car for service the gentleman that greet you are phenomenal along with the person that is servicing your car meaning the mechanics they do a great job I love the updates that... read more
