Idalia was extremely professional and helpful. I called prior to arriving and she efficiently and clearly advised me what to bring in to ensure I was prepared. Upon entering the location, she greeted me and was very pleasant. She handled my transaction quickly, and her knowledge was evident. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the first time I went to cash a check at this location, and it will be the last time. I went to cash a COVID relief check, and was told that she needed to call to verify the check because it was dated 11 days ago. This was on top of them trying to charge $60 to cash it. I then had to argue with her for another few minutes to get my ID back, because she kept insisting that I never gave it to her. If you have a check to cash, this is your place. Don’t go to Walmart or somewhere similar just to be declined like I did. Make this your first stop. The manager “Italia” or something along those lines ( I’m sorry I forget ) was a great help. I explained my situation, I then was informed to never sign the check until it’s actually approved. She was understanding and cashed the check after seeing my Walmart recipe and sent me out as a happy customer.
