I've been going to the same checking cashing location ever since I've opened a Yes! Debit account. The one time I decided to go to this location, my card has been compromised. Some tried to wipe my card clean. They got away with a $100 purchase and was still trying to make more purchases while I was on the phone with customer service. This location took my i.d. and my card. I only used my card at the subway station, which is just an easy tapping of the card and on Amazon.com. I have to say the teller was most helpful. Even though we had a slight glitch with the putting money on my NetSpend card, she was able to figure it out and I was able to accomplish everything I went there for thank you.
The experience was great the staff treated me very respectful and knowledgeable. Friendly people and a clean place. I’m a regular there.
I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the employees at this location in particular Alondra , Fatimah & The nice lady at the far end window with black hair and glasses ( I wish I knew her name ) but they are nothing short of professional and great service whenever I am there . This is establishment is the best I've been too much ever. I had a serious issue with something I needed done. I had the manager ms. Carmen help me with out judgement. I've never met her and she actually saved me with helping me pay my rent. She was able to cash my money order with a little help of her
