I had a rude customer service agent at this establishment , she had an attitude and threw my items towards me. She asked me a question that I honestly didn’t know the answer to and because I couldn’t give her an answer she provided me with attitude .
I have to say the teller was most helpful. Even though we had a slight glitch with the putting money on my NetSpend card, she was able to figure it out and I was able to accomplish everything I went there for thank you.
I've been going to the same checking cashing location ever since I've opened a Yes! Debit account. The one time I decided to go to this location, my card has been compromised. Some tried to wipe my card clean. They got away with a $100 purchase and was still trying to make more purchases while I was on the phone with customer service. This location took my i.d. and my card. I only used my card at the subway station, which is just an easy tapping of the card and on Amazon.com.
