Showed up from out of state to buy a used vehicle with plans to drive it home same day. The ladies that worked here got it done! They had me go to the Joliet DMV because the closest one wasn't the best one for me, (IYKYK) and the paperwork was done in 15 minutes on July 3rd, with a line out the door! The ladys that work there are very pleasant speak to you when you come up to the 🪟 window even when you come through the Doors over all very nice place to go to no matter what other people say.
This currency is a very helpful place. They are always helping me with what I need. They are all very polite and treat me with kindness and respect. Of course if you want to get good service, you must also treat them with respect as they are the ones that are going to try and fulfill your needs.
