Very clean when I walked it. Tellers asked me very courteous, "May I help you". I made a mistake on writing out a money order, I put IRS instead of US Treasury, and the teller was helpful in explaining what I needed to do. 'Please endorse money order and I need your ID as well. I then gave her the voucher of the correct name that the MO should say. Process was finished in less than 5 minutes. I will certainly be back.
I love this place all the staff are super friendly and very personal and let's not forget extra help and patience, I would recommend all friends and family to go, I highly trust them and never had any problems

Showed up from out of state to buy a used vehicle with plans to drive it home same day. The ladies that worked here got it done! They had me go to the Joliet DMV because the closest one wasn't the best one for me, (IYKYK) and the paperwork was done in 15 minutes on July 3rd, with a line out the door! I feel like my whole plan would've went sideways if not for these ladies at this location. They fixed all my paperwork, had every document I needed signed and notarized and dated...
