I went at about 630pm on a Saturday and they had 2 windows open. It was not busy, no line at all, and the cashier was fast and friendly.

I received wonderful Customer service from one of your works Krystal Staton she made the process easy and fast and kept a smile on the entire time. She deserves a raise in my opinion because you don’t meet people that are nice like that in check cashing places. Thank you for the wonderful service😁

a young short black staff member with a red shirt was very rude when i asked for change. she said she couldnt give me change because she was "too busy" this happened september 18th at about 6:30 pm. she was staffed with another taller female who was way more pleasant. please check your staff, a women working customer service must be friendly and welcoming. this women was the complete opposite. thank you for listening.
