a young short black staff member with a red shirt was very rude when i asked for change. she said she couldnt give me change because she was "too busy" this happened september 18th at about 6:30 pm. she was staffed with another taller female who was way more pleasant. please check your staff, a women working customer service must be friendly and welcoming. this women was the complete opposite. thank you for listening.
It’s hard enough for Black and Brown people to get ahead and live the best lives that we can. It’s really sad when you have people like this guy working in our community 😔. Every payday my husband cashes his check there and still he can’t get any respect from the employees who work there? So sad…you need to train your employees better. It’s never okay for an employee to give the finger to a customer, especially when he’s safe behind glass….
