worst place ive ever been to just to cash an income tax check they want id ssn birth certificate finger prints dna test marriage certificate to only tell you oh its more then a week old we cannot cash it until we verify but not today cause its sunday complete waste of time
Ladies at the corners are rude. Guess their jobs is to be rude to everyone. You have crack heads inside sleeping at times or in the corner by the Chinese food area smoking . It smells no matter how much they clean.
This place is very horrible , we could have a very long line and they only have 1register open. People are in a rush and want to get in and out and they have three people behind the counter and only one person taking care of the customer. I hope and pray they get better employees. You work in a customer service kind of place no matter what you doing you take care of the customers first then continue to do what you have to do
This place needs more or better staff... No matter what time or day u come here its always slow... 20 customers 4 staff only 1 person working. This company needs better management... 30 minutes and still waiting.
Great service, and also they do multiple things. Such as Western Union, change checks, yo can get money out from EBT, you can even go May the lottery which is great and the people treat you great!! Love it there.
