If you want to get anything done here within a reasonable amount of time this place is your Ultimate Nightmare. They had two windows open and it took a little over 20 minutes for them to process one person and the line was literally to the exit. In the other window they were working with a woman and she was there for over a half an hour. I know because after I waited close to 23 minutes for the first person to be processed I waited an additional 12 minutes before I got disgusted and walked out.
