Wasted a hour of my life waiting for a “phone verification” involving a check when I was already in the system, while giving them my state id. all for them to say they need more paperwork verification. You better off cashing a check at your bank.
I when to this place looking for a quick way to pay my bills online without having to use my bank card , as soon as I asked if they had any bill payment options the lady promptly explain to me the difference between the two types of prepay card they offer at her location going over the pros and cons of each card which I was very grateful for!!! Cristal was very patient and friendly. Excellent customer service!!!
Crystal was beyond amazing , excellent customer service. If CFSC hired more employees like her i believe CFSC would be more successful. Employees deserve a raise the hassle of dealing with money that’s not theirs and customers personal information come with more responsibility and it’s not just a job it is an business.
