Man the customer service like in this check cashing place like it's awful and I'm Spanish but some of the girls that work here I cashed my check here before and never have gone back awfule customer service.
march 29 / I went to this location to do a transaction I walk into the location no one in lines I'm the only customer at that time.. there were two cashiers at the windows I walk pass the first cashier because he was doing paper work walk to the second cashier she was on her personnel phone talking as i reach her window she put up a sign saying next window , went back to the first window the cashier told me I must wait online to be call mind you no one in the store beside me … wait a few minutes and left and went to another ... read more
Very poor customer service , the lady attending has very poor customer service and not only that this girl is racist , i was told I was not going to be given service due to me being hispanic i also experienced two other customers being treated disrespectful i would like someone from cooperative to contact me , you should not have people attending your business like this
Very bad customer service, they need training on how to treat the customer with kindness and respect, not with rudeness as they are used to, I will never return to this place again, they have lost a client due to their lack of professionalism.
