The manager with long black hair dark skin Spanish lady. She spoke to me in a condescending manner and was extremely rude. I went there to make 2 transactions and she helped me with 1 of the 2. The whole time she was holding my ID with her middle finger. I don’t know about you but I take offense to that unprofessional behavior. She spoke to me like she was smarter than me when she’s not. I came in with a personal check and of course it had to be verified so we got a picture sent to my phone. Then they told me to text it to someone else’s number i manager i guess to verify. Okay cool. Not only did they make me send it to a complete strangers phone! But then they also made it difficult and confusing to cash my check. Poor customer services the guy was behaving in a suspicious way he even asked me for my personal details. I told him several times to give me my social security number back, which he did not listen to me, I hope he doesn't do anything wrong with my social security number. Otherwise I will contact the police

Worst place so corrupt! Went for my ssi check the small one that was 87 dollars and they said it wasn't there. I went back again and again they said it wasn't there! The state wrote me a letter stating that i didn't pick up the check and was sent back. That's a lie because i kept going back and the lady said it wasn't there! Don't go to that check cashing place ever very corrupt! Very rude and unprofessional ! Worst customer service ever!

Terrible service, asked for my personal information, and after a talk on the phone which I could not hear, decided that my check was not valid. Very suspicious considering I called the place where my check came from, with them saying everything was fine and theres no issues on the check. Writing this review as a footnote incase I begin to see suspicious behavior that was stated to be on my behalf after a visit to this terrible location.
