I been with you guys for a while and the service is good. It's just the attitude that kills me.
I have been visiting this place since 2018 up till now. Whenever I come to cash my check there were no problems from the staff members. Now all of a sudden I'm being asked from them why did I wait so long to cash in my check. I really had no explanation about that and one of the ladies told me that I have to cash the check days before the month is over otherwise they will not cash it and she told me that the next time I come I'd have to go to a bank. Accessible if you live in the community but they are usually understaffed, cashiers can be rude & lack active listening skills. Sometimes they change policies/processes w/o notice or simply because they feel like it. Not the most delightful place to go to but people still go there because of convenience. I say this keeping in mind that perhaps these cashiers are underpaid, overworked because of staff shortages or can sometimes deal with rude people themselves. I went there to get an ezpass, not only did they tell me I had to provide a license to purchase it I also would have to create an account just to make a one time purchase. I have bought E-ZPass from numerous locations and I have never been asked for my license. I asked to see the policy that states that and some random lady brings out a flyer and says this is the policy, but then tells me that I can not read it to make sure that's what it's says. All I can say is stay away from this location
The worst experience I ever. Try to withdraw money from my card and the teller telling ME!!! I dont have any funds in MY card. So I called to see if what she was stating was true. And guess what she was dead wrong. If was bad enough she hardly spoke any English. The worst!!!!!
