I'm pleased with the service at this location, I'm always greeted by my name and the lines are constantly moving quickly.The staff (Ladies) are always nice,polite, smiling and professional. I've also referred family and friends to this location.
If I could give this negative stars I would. The customer service here is absolutely horrible!! I see by reading the other reviews that I'm not the only one who thinks this. Then they always have only one window open but theres multiple people working in there. Then the line is always long, and it seems at times that they purposely go slow to irritate the customers waiting. Here’s a list 1) Called on the phone in advance asking whether or not they accepted exchanges for the Taiwanese Dollar. The woman on the phone refused to say/find out and said the only way was to actually SEE the bills (??? Bizarre). I asked for a supervisor and was transferred to a perpetually ringing line. 2) Showed up anyway because it was the only exchange that I could walk to from Marquette. The customer service here is TEEEEEEERRIBLE!!! They always have attitudes, computer system is always down, they joke around and they really don't be doing they're job. They would see a line that is long and still continue to have a conversation that has nothing to do with business, with someone they know.
