The cashier I had was great, she tried to make sure that I understood every step to ensure my process. She was very polite and smiled, you don't get that much here in Milwaukee . So I greatly appreciate her and the training she received. Finally a great experience here in Milwaukee.
Never answer the phone during business hours rather it when they 1st open or during the day. Yiu go there youll hear the phone ring and see the cashiers just having one on one conversations that aren't even work related. Then have the nerve to close the store before closing hours. I'm going to be sure to report this to their district manager I believe it's still Carl informing him of this and then I will be taking the next proper steps informing Chris. I'm pleased with the service at this location, I'm always greeted by my name and the lines are constantly moving quickly.The staff (Ladies) are always nice,polite, smiling and professional. I've also referred family and friends to this location.
If I could give this negative stars I would. The customer service here is absolutely horrible!! I see by reading the other reviews that I'm not the only one who thinks this. Then they always have only one window open but theres multiple people working in there. Then the line is always long, and it seems at times that they purposely go slow to irritate the customers waiting.
