Never answer the phone during business hours rather it when they 1st open or during the day. Yiu go there youll hear the phone ring and see the cashiers just having one on one conversations that aren't even work related. Then have the nerve to close the store before closing hours. I'm pleased with the service at this location, I'm always greeted by my name and the lines are constantly moving quickly.The staff (Ladies) are always nice,polite, smiling and professional. I've also referred family and friends to this location.
Years ago this CFSC was so much better.
If I could give this negative stars I would. The customer service here is absolutely horrible!! I see by reading the other reviews that I'm not the only one who thinks this. Then they always have only one window open but theres multiple people working in there. Then the line is always long, and it seems at times that they purposely go slow to irritate the customers waiting. The customer service here is TEEEEEEERRIBLE!!! They always have attitudes, computer system is always down, they joke around and they really don't be doing they're job. They would see a line that is long and still continue to have a conversation that has nothing to do with business, with someone they know.
