Cashiers are VERY FAST &KNOWLEDGEABLE They get straight to the point and get done with you need done without all the extra side talk. That's how I like to get business taken care of. IN AND OUT💯 it's usually the other customers that slow everything down.
The woman working today (7/25/24) around 11 am gave us false information when I tried to come in and register my vehicle in my business' name. She stated that I needed paperwork showing the that the business belonged to me, however, the CFSC location off 8th and Mitchell, where I've registered a vehicle in my business' name did not require any paperwork mentioned. If I could give a negative star I would. The service I received from the south 27th street location was absolutely horrible and not only myself but I witnessed others get treated the same. I walked into this location a little after 3:30pm to cash a work check and “Lynette” immediately denied my service. She didn’t even bother to verify the check and could clearly see that I’m currently in their system. Cashed 15 consecutive payroll checks, PAID $153.15 in fees. I was unable to cash my 16th and I was unsure of the explanation as to why. I do appreciate the discounted NetSpend reload and was looking forward to the rewards. I am amending my previous review of one star, because i was frustrated at the whole day in general and it was not a fair review.
