Horrible customer service!!! I came here to get a blank money order and was refused. The lady was so nasty and rude. I was the only customer refused service. I am black btw and all other customers were white/chinese. I have video proof of this nasty encounter also. So I left and went to the currency exchange near 35th and Indiana and instantly got a money order with no problem. I was refused service initially simply because I am black. Every woman on staff there is more than helpful. Always polite and eager to help. In and out service, they run very efficient shifts. I have been and always will be a life long customer
Tried to bring in Hong Kong dollars for foreign currency exchange and they would not take them, they claimed they were "too old" because the bills were from 2010, as if 14 year old bills suddenly are no longer legal currency. It was pretty clear to me that the ladies behind the desk simply didn't want to bother to do their job and were looking for any excuse to get me out the door. The place has a huge sign outside saying "CURRENCY EXCHANGE" but don't go here if you want to do anything other than cash checks.
Complete clown show. Had important legal paperwork needed notarized , went in Saturday paid for it , then because of its importance I paid 30$ to overnight the paperwork (through post office) received an email saying it was rejected because the notary didn’t completely fill it out. Went back in. Explained that she messed up my paperwork and wasted my $ overnighting , so she filled it out again for me (for free thankfully) I overnighted it again another 30$ , guess what ? I was renewing the city sticker and providing a new address to them to update it. I am sure they understood. I got my sticker and saw a statement with a wrong address on the statement.
