Fast and friendly service. Unfortunately I keep forgetting to use my CFSC card I don't know if they automatically apply it or if I have to let them scan it every time? But either way great service recommend to everybody!
Horrible customer service!!! I came here to get a blank money order and was refused. The lady was so nasty and rude. I was the only customer refused service. I am black btw and all other customers were white/chinese. I have video proof of this nasty encounter also. So I left and went to the currency exchange near 35th and Indiana and instantly got a money order with no problem. I was refused service initially simply because I am black. Every woman on staff there is more than helpful. Always polite and eager to help. In and out service, they run very efficient shifts. I have been and always will be a life long customer
Tried to bring in Hong Kong dollars for foreign currency exchange and they would not take them, they claimed they were "too old" because the bills were from 2010, as if 14 year old bills suddenly are no longer legal currency. It was pretty clear to me that the ladies behind the desk simply didn't want to bother to do their job and were looking for any excuse to get me out the door. The place has a huge sign outside saying "CURRENCY EXCHANGE" but don't go here if you want to do anything other than cash checks.
My mom renewal the city sticker in August. Due to the COVID/lock down back in March, she is not able to get renewal during that time, and the city already announced the late fee will be waived. My mom asked to get a two years city sticker renewal, and after she got the the sticker, she realized it is only good for one year, but they charged her more money than a year, so she went back and talk to the staff and see if she gave her the wrong one by mistake.
