Cashier woman, very helpful very polite Helped me a lot and make sure I was safe Communication was very good and I loved that she gave me opportunities after cashing my check to put my money in the card very appreciative

I try to find my money orders because I pay my landlord his money and he said he didn't receive and I have a copy the money order to prove it.and I will like you to track my money order. Nobody never try to tracking down. I have the copy of the receipt

Went to this Check Cashing place to the change machine on September 13 2024.. Mind you my container has nothing but dime quarters and nickels. Proceed to the coin machine machine starts counting My coins I'm at $133 @this point..Then the machine goes into default mode..Ok I proceeded to the window where I tell the clerk my issue.Im told she can't do anything but to leave my issue and I will get a call from Manager. The lady there overnight was nice and she gave me a picture of my license which I have been needing to renew since it's been lost. Helpful is an understatement .

All of the young ladies are wonderful and helpful especially Miss Johanna, one problem I do have is with your manager I don't know her name but every time I have a problem with the lotto machine she never returned my call when I leave my number and information and taking my money she works the 9 a.m. I guess to 4 p.m. shift that needs to be addressed two stars for the manager. Would love to give you more.
