Went to this Check Cashing place to the change machine on September 13 2024.. Mind you my container has nothing but dime quarters and nickels. Proceed to the coin machine machine starts counting My coins I'm at $133 @this point..Then the machine goes into default mode..Ok I proceeded to the window where I tell the clerk my issue.Im told she can't do anything but to leave my issue and I will get a call from Manager. The lady there overnight was nice and she gave me a picture of my license which I have been needing to renew since it's been lost. Helpful is an understatement .

All of the young ladies are wonderful and helpful especially Miss Johanna, one problem I do have is with your manager I don't know her name but every time I have a problem with the lotto machine she never returned my call when I leave my number and information and taking my money she works the 9 a.m. I guess to 4 p.m. shift that needs to be addressed two stars for the manager. Would love to give you more.

This place is always great , excellent customer service and has a fast way of confirming who you are without I.D by providing key tags to their customers , my favorite teller is Rosiery she always makes sure I’m taken care of and is very good and fast with her service... Gotta Love Harlem. I choose CFSC

I would recommend this place to anyone, who is in need of service. Ms. Dilia was professional, respectful, and was willing to take time to explain there prepaid card services. This is the place that will always welcome you with a smile.
