The staff was on point seemingly efficient my cashier was very pleasant and respectful and helpful

They say I owe them one hundred something dollars and when I call corporate office they say there no record of me owning money to his place before worst customer service and lie customer service workers in this place
Lucesita is always a pleasure and goes above and beyond. I always make sure to send everyone to this location instead of the competition. I’m glad this place is available in my neighborhood. I’ve only experienced great customer service! The hours are also a plus!
Let’s just say this place needs new management as well as properly trained employees. Do you value your time? Don’t come to this place, these people will mock you while waisting your time (I’ve heard them say in Spanish that they don’t care who’s upset and that they don’t get paid enough to move faster) at this point it’s quite obvious they purposely work at an incredibly slow pace.
