This place is utterly ridiculous with the long lines and employees who spend more time talking while customers wait in long lines. There are currently two people behind the glass, yet only one window is open. It does not matter what time of day, the customer service and excessive wait times are terrible! Two people working yet only one person providing services while the line continues to get longer. 3969 White Plains Road location needs more workers who will talk less and do work more.
THOSE TWO WOMEN THAT WORK THE MORNING SHIFT ON WEDNESDAY HAVE TERRIBLE ATTITUDES it was the worst customer experience ever they treat people so wrong
It's always slow in there 20 - 30mins on the line is horrible and they always on the phone especially on the weekends it's even worse on the weekends I only come there because it's the closest if I want to cash a check
The staff was on point seemingly efficient my cashier was very pleasant and respectful and helpful
Very slow service. Regular customers said that it's always slow at this location.
