This is the first time I experience such horrible service from any cheque cashing place. Actually this is the only one I have been going to for the past 10 years, the young girl automatically judge me off of my apperance. And mind you im in my work clothes and I can tell it was not going to be nice. I go to my regular one in queens on lefferts blv off of liberty ave and they are by far the best with service. Yesterday, the gentleman is very professional and courteous. He verified my check and help me with additional services such as my mta card which was very helpful. Will go again.
i've never been able to use this location because the girls always have some reason why they can't do my transaction, but when i go to the PLS or CFSC location on 29th street or Brooklyn, no problem for same request. strange
Cashier there is very disrespectful. Went there at 6:20pm to get money from Western Union. Cashier said it’s closed because I say so lol. Opening hours say open until 6:30pm. Avoid this place or you’ll be waisting your time.
If I’m coming to cash a check as a new customer why isn’t there a manager on site to accommodate the lady in the front. Doesn’t make sense. You’re a check cashing place not a planet fitness. Wasted time and she doesn’t speak English
