By far the worst! Take forever to verify a check and they have you waiting for a long time! I will never go back there again
Two ladies in here. One with a customer and the other sitting looking at her computer. Lady number one with the customer has a long transaction, when she eventually finishes after me standing there for 15 minutes, she proceeds to have a conversation with lady number 2 before she calls me up. Unprofessional at it's best. We all have jobs to get to.
Came to this place twice and both times computer's was down , and I had to wait until service was back about 15-20mins . Please look into his problem .. alot of people walking out upset ..
Lady on the phone while she helps customers. Rude because she would rather speak to whomever she is in the phone with!!!! Only one person with a line out the door.
If I’m coming to cash a check as a new customer why isn’t there a manager on site to accommodate the lady in the front. Doesn’t make sense. You’re a check cashing place not a planet fitness. Wasted time and she doesn’t speak English
