I lost a money order and needed to fill out the form to stop payment. The lady name DN refuse to allow the stop payment " you have to wait 30 days before we can process with stop payment( only if they call this currency exchange can we stop payment.) This lady need customer service skills. I experience this issue before and was given the forms a replacement money order.
DONT GO HERE WORST PLACE EVER ESPICALLY THE EMPLOYEE THATS A HISPANIC LADY WITH BLACK HAIR WITH BLOND TIPS WEDNESDAY SHIFT I WENT IN 5/20/2026 around 11:45am !!!ZEROOO stars for this store if I could, I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and seemed unwilling to assist VERY unprofessional. I receive the best customer service from the whole staff they are very professional with the customer also very welcoming here.
