Employees need to practice more friendliness it shouldn't be towards certain customers that comes inside the check cashing place..my recent experience their was when I behind a older woman in front of me and the lady that helped assist her was friendly towards her , greeted her and asked how she was doing today but when I walked up the window I didnt experience the same gesture/ customer service. I greeted her first and she barely gave me a warm hello back and didn't ask me how my day was I left disappointed.
This store has always been professional and very helpful with any questions. I heard that many locations are getting closed down but id say “please keep this location” this is a very important business in the community and some people rely on it to pay bills.
I trust this place because after cashing in my check at Walmart for the last 2 months they said that they couldn't cash it in because the name on my check didn't completely match the name on my id. But this place is clean has good customer service, friendly people in there
I was very surprised by how people friendly this company is. This was the most efficient and simple process I’ve ever experienced.
