Your one employee was a very courteous person but at 6:30 there should be another person because the line was very long. I've been to other locations and you got three and four people working there at that time and this has always been the case at this one. Location one person and the line is out the door. Shame on you for just having one person working at that hour. You should try to improve. There should always be two people working until closing.
Staff here is excellent. Been coming here a year now, after the check cashing place I was using for over 15 years closed up and the staff here treats me as if I was here the whole time. They are very pleasant and efficient which is hard to do working with the public and in such a stressful environment but they always manage to make you feel welcome. At a time where everything is done online and computer-based, customer service is needed at an all-time high and the ladies at CFSC nail it!👌🏾👌🏾💜👍🏾
The absolute worst. How is it that you should never do business with them . What kind of place with that volume of customers thinks it's okay to take 25 min per customer and only has one cashier????? They need to shut the place down if they refuse to hide people.
Experience is great but service is very slow need more cashiers the staff is overworked
