The absolute worst. How is it that you should never do business with them . What kind of place with that volume of customers thinks it's okay to take 25 min per customer and only has one cashier????? They need to shut the place down if they refuse to hide people.
I wish zero stars was an option. The cashier's are lazy, inefficient and extremely condescending. I had one cashier start a transaction to then stop half way and say the system was all of a sudden down. I go to payomatic and never have I ever encountered their systems down. Ontop of that, I had to return to finish my transaction since she already stamped it on the first attempt only to be met with stern inquiries as to why the transaction was cancelled and what took me so long to return... Extremely long lines. I went to pay a bill. The cashier put the wrong amount. Even though the amount was on the bill. She couldn't speak English or read numbers in order. The manager came and fixed it. No apology no nothing was given to me. Understaffed. The website uses Cookies so I didn't continue. They still are extremely rude to customers. Its unbelievable
Get a CFSC card for key chain! Your info needed to cash checks, money orders, WU electronically stored. It's much easier for access. Sometimes it's quite slow but have patience.
Extremely long lines with only 1 person working the other girl sees all the people on line and continues to sweep the floor! Waited almost 45min for service! The girls barely spoke English! Dont waste your time! The place should be closed down for good.
