I have never had to write a review, but this place is the worst business place ever , location is in a perfect spot but machines are always down , most employees primarily speak Spanish and to each other while working while the line is lingering. If I could rate it below 1 star I would . Had to write this because the consistency of bad service is too much now
The service at this location is HORRIBLE. I'm almost sure you won't find worse service anywhere in the state. There's hardly ever more than one cashier at the windows and they are ridiculously slow. This establishment is an embarrassment. You need to hire better employees. Onebyear later and the ridiculous service remains the same. ALWAYS one cashier at the windows. The ONLY reason I am here os because of the proximity and even do i think I'm going to start going elsewhere after this. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS GARBAGE.
This store needs to be closed down the workers are not trained well enough and the equipment in the store needs to be removed never works when you need a when it does it breaks down. I went in the with my mother yesterday to turn in some coins and was told to wait for a call still haven’t received a call about the machine being fixed or me getting my money back. HAD A AWFUL RACIST EXPERIENCE AT AROUND 12:30 pm today..I googled this location as i was close i had a account so i felt comfortable going their with my paycheck..i went to the counter provided my id and check the male cashier scanned it and my id then said he will be back he went and made a phone call asking to verify my check after he already did so with the machine..after the phone call he called the store manager another spanish lady/all latino workers. This place is beyond horrible. The lines are always very long with a long wait. The people that work in there are slow and rude. However, today was the worst possible experience I have ever had. I went in to cash in coins that I have been saving for months. I put them in the machine and it said I would be getting $202 back. I printed the receipt but the machine was jammed so the receipt didn’t come out.
