Great customer service, loved the fast process of the transaction, and the service they gave me, very friendly and professionals.
Went in on the weekend … the line was long only one clerk was working
I went to the checking place on Jerome Ave to get a money order. There was 4 young girls behind the window sitting there not busy but having a conversation about boys and hairstyle and not knowing I'm the only one online for a whole 🕑 2 mins. I ask if anybody was open they all stared at me and said no. I was confused. After the conversation about boys and they said now I can come to them. I felt mis treated I'm not sure because I looked young or black but I felt very disrespected. Very unprofessional in that place
I visit this location this morning 12/24/19 at 9:06 am. They only had one person working because the other was late .Not only she came late she decided to get coffee before opening the register . She dint care that the line was long and she continued to take her sweet time to set up.She continue bragging and joking about her lateness "Im already late" "is not my firstbtime" .It was all about her not the costumers. They are breaking the law. Already filing my complaints. Went to pick up money ask questions like "why I need money?" What is my job?" Those questions are not only violation of rights but is not Western Union policy. Though he tried to pass it off as policy. It's the robust guy Hispanic guy with glasses. When confronted he ran to the back. Call nys dep of consumer affairs if you are being violated.
