I could have a better customer service at this location, the store clerk lady was not trained at all. Poor trained employees are bad for business. Your services are very important to customers. I had to get a money order for an official purpose but the lady printed me a blank money order by saying “you can fill it up yourself”. Did not asked me any question on how do I want it To or From. On 10.24.23 a young lady by the name of Linda helped me, help my brother with his check. She was very patient, well mannered, professional, & respectful. She never lost her cool and worked patiently with us in dealing with the situation of my brother having to clear his name with the check cashing businesses CFSC. I would give a zero if I could but it’s 8am and the check cashing place is not open still and it says it opens at 6:15am. If your not opening till later change your hours on the door and the website your misleading customers
The best check cashing employer there is Frankie. I highly appreciate the way he treat the customers. Frankie is polite, friendly and a gentleman.. I definitely will continue going to this check cashing location..
Wow this is literally the most rudest cashier by far. Thankful it wasn’t with me but the customer in front of me. We were waiting about 15 min before being told they were closed! But they 24 hrs afterwards we were told to wait and be patient but nobody is being assisted. Line is getting longer and we are all just being ignored. Whoever owns this place 😂 lol it’s a joke.
