I just want to let the record show that every time I go to check cashing store in Elmsford I have a great experience with MS Gina & Danny. today was my first time meeting him and he was quiet pleasant and showed a lot of patience. Ms G always has a smile on her face and greets the the customer as they walk in.
I just want to say they have a great staff working in the Elmsford location, Gina Is 1 of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. And she knows her job. Thank You Gina♥️
Very poor customer service the woman was so rude to me. She was disrespectful, and she just kept questioning me like as if I wasn’t the person on my id She asked me 3 times my to repeat my address and she asked me? Where did I get this check from? Trying to say, I made up the check
