THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT TO A COSTUMER FROM THE MANAGER BELITTLING COSTUMERS AND RACISM COMMENTS IS INTOLERABLE. . IM SENDING HOLIDAY MONEY TO A FAMILY MEMBER AND WAS DENIED BECAUSE OF SMALL TALK ( funny comments we both made ) SHE GOT EMOTIONAL AND WAS DISRESPECTFUL. but when she called the office was very polite to office . what a shame and lost a loyal COSTUMER
I’ve been a customer going on almost 10 years as of 2025, In that time I’ve been to dozens of locations, and this location is the best, no question! I live in New York and I’ve been to locations all over uptown, East Harlem, Washington Heights etc And At all these New York locations, It’s very common to have an employee with limits to how much they could cash, They then need to call and get verification, if it’s later in the evening There’s no managers available at another store to call and verify, so then you have to come b... read more
Well, I walked in and met a very nice teller named Claritsa she took my info, and in 5 minutes, I had my check cashed. All I know is if you need to get a check cashed and not have to wait, this one in fairview is in and out. Thank you to the lovely staff for such a speedy transaction. Great place!!!! Fast service! One stop shopping. Cash checks, Western Union send & receive money, ATM, buy stamps, Coinstar Machine much easier than rolling up coins, make copies of documents, inexpensive prices, & most of all the girls behind the counter are super friendly & I was shocked by the fact that I don't go there that often, but after one stop there, my second stop about a month later remembered my first name!!! 5 STARS 😀😀😀😀😀
