If I could give this place a zero I would. People like playing games with people time, money and life. Checking cashing places in New Jersey are overseen by the Department of Banking and Insurance. Which means they follow Banking rules. If I am presenting a check with my REAL Driver's license/State ID and it matches my signature on the back of the check and it matches, and you are going to proceed and take a photo of my face and make a copy of my identification. I have been going there for many years. Every now and then , the "computers are down. Other than that , I have no other complaints.
THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT TO A COSTUMER FROM THE MANAGER BELITTLING COSTUMERS AND RACISM COMMENTS IS INTOLERABLE. . IM SENDING HOLIDAY MONEY TO A FAMILY MEMBER AND WAS DENIED BECAUSE OF SMALL TALK ( funny comments we both made ) SHE GOT EMOTIONAL AND WAS DISRESPECTFUL. but when she called the office was very polite to office . what a shame and lost a loyal COSTUMER
