I called and they was so rude they hung up in my face and I tried calling they never answer these people are so rude
The staff there are the best.. Koodos to my gurl Trina who i so love and the best..also to my dear Sharita..and Quita.. These ladies do it all. They know there job and i promise they go wayyyy above anf beyond..i think thry need more recognition to be honest .. I was at another check cashing agency and switched to CFCS because of the way the customer service was handled.. And the reinsurance thry gave me each time i visited the store.. The young lady's there is unprofessional. Bad service and always close 30 minutes prior to closing. The older lady who works there in the morning is very professional also work excellent under pressure.
I’m giving 2 stars because there’s a young lady that’s works afternoons, that always says they don’t do certain things that I always do there. Like pay my credit card bill and get registration for vehicles. She sits there and lies through her teeth every time because she doesn’t want to work. So every time I just leave and go to a different branch of the same check cashing, and they do what I need right away.
They still there watch your money I went in there with $820 and the lady who took care of me grab my money after I counted it gave it to her and then walks away with my money and gives it to another lady and tells me that there's only $800 there when I just counted it 3 times I know there was $820 there so they got a stealing problem so they're stealing from people definitely would not recommend this place they're thieves and they still.............
