The staff there are the best.. Koodos to my gurl Trina who i so love and the best..also to my dear Sharita..and Quita.. These ladies do it all. They know there job and i promise they go wayyyy above anf beyond..i think thry need more recognition to be honest .. I was at another check cashing agency and switched to CFCS because of the way the customer service was handled.. And the reinsurance thry gave me each time i visited the store.. I called and they was so rude they hung up in my face and I tried calling they never answer these people are so rude
The young lady's there is unprofessional. Bad service and always close 30 minutes prior to closing. The older lady who works there in the morning is very professional also work excellent under pressure.
I’m giving 2 stars because there’s a young lady that’s works afternoons, that always says they don’t do certain things that I always do there. Like pay my credit card bill and get registration for vehicles. She sits there and lies through her teeth every time because she doesn’t want to work. So every time I just leave and go to a different branch of the same check cashing, and they do what I need right away.
These people stood here she didn't even open the door it was locked it was 653 wouldn't unlock the door or act like they see me or answer the phone to just let me in to get a huge money order that I wanted to get the money out of my hand it's just crazy how some people rude and don't care about where they work at they just want to get done and go I think that was just very rude some be nice some be not I've been coming here for years to get certain things done and I feel like that was just real rude some
