Terrible place the women that work at this location in the evening try to extort customers for tips claiming non US citizens will be subjected to immigration investigations unless they tip tellers and they claim they know what notes to put on transactions so immigration will not open troublesome investigations the funny part is the tellers themselves barely speak English this has happened to me on 3 separate occasions I have since stopped visiting this location
One is too much of a star for this poor establishment!!! I purchased a Metrocard from here, I then had to go to school and when I swiped the metro card on the bus it stated my balance was ZERO!! and i had to get off the bus because i didn't have anymore change to pay for the bus. Next day I go over and I approach a teller by the name of DAIYA. I told her how i just purchased this Metrocard the day before and it isn't functioning.
