Horrible Customer Service!! I walked in to pay my electric bill. The women stated they didnt accept payment for company in orlando Florida! I said Western Union is used to pay for the bill. Of course she had ab attitude! I gave her my account number and it popped up on the system. FYI Please train you staff to know. I paired my Orlando apt bill because their online system was down.
Horrible service & staff. Hours of operations are INCORRECT and/or staff does not obey them. Today - Tuesday at 6:35 P.M. (10 minutes prior to closing) the establishment door was locked. Staff inside stating that they are CLOSED. Update the hours of operations! Rubbish.
I was treated very badly in this place for asking to have my turn respected, the cashier server the her friend before me because she is a women and I am a men and I can continue waiting, I did asked to speak the manager and this manager spoke me very very aggressive I tell her I was before her and I payed parking for get the attention.. the her answer ( manager ) was if you don’t like you can go to other cashiers. The owner will to put more carefully to who get for be at the front of f the business.
