I usually dont leave reviews, but this specific branch deserves their flowers. The staff are so nice, caring and attentive. They take good care of you and go above and beyond. Very nice young ladies, very respectful. My experience their was great, keep up the good work CFSC!
This specific branch location is truly amazing. Great customer service, the staff are so helpful and always in good spirits. Due to their hospitality, customer service and attention to detail, I travel out my way to make sure I cash my checks and do any transaction needed here. Im now a regular customer and I just want to thank you guys. Great job!!
It’s always a pleasure going to this CFSC. The staff is very nice, very attentive and shows the utmost customer service. Any problem I may have, they take care of me and find a solution. All in all, I highly recommend this branch.
This morning, I came to cash a money order the customer rep. wanted to make sure if she can proceed. The manager or lead (a Hispanic woman with blonde hair) was rude and dismissive. All that needed to be explained that this cannot be done at that location. However, she dimmed it okay to be rude. The first rep. Had to repeat what she said in a more professional and appropriate manner. I called to file a complaint today. Let’s see if they respond.
These people do not treat you as a client but as family, I had problems changing a check and making some transactions which took a little time but the lady’s were so patient and kind, especially the regional manager, I believe her name is Andrea, very polite and professional, willing to help me. . I just want to say thank you.
