The clerks are so professional and curteous! I used to go to ither check cashing places but after exoeriencing thst Bronx hospitality, I go to CFSC on Ogden between 164th and 165th Street.
Almost a year ago I went there to open an account so I can cash a check and it was my first time ever. Whatever you do DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY. I did not, for obvious reasons but I went there, around 6pm and lady at counter asked for it and said it was needed. At first it seemed normal, I told her what I needed and all that, but then she turn to an older women at the side with glasses but I did not hear what they said and then suddenly asked for it. This location never has enough workers for the flow of traffic that they get. They don't understand the concept of 'the customer is always right'. The workers also need customer service training.
