This is by far the WORST cfsc location . All the stuff was LAZY AND RUDE. No one had on uniform shirts and the nerve of them to tell me they couldnt cash my checks because it was over 30days but in all reality they didnt want to call and verify the check. I was told to go to the bank to cash it when indeed the bank does NOT cash treasury state checks. I went to another cfsc the service was immaculate and indeed they did their job and called the state to verify the checks. I will never go back to the soundview location ever ... read more

I visited this location so many times before writing this review in hopes of a better experience thus a better review. Unfortunately, it didn't occur. Visiting this place is like boarding a roller coaster but backwards... is like your entire life needs to move at great speed, get your bills paid; or your checks cashed or whatever the reason for your visit may be. But it doesn't happen that way. Instead you're forced to wait on line for so long that I completely forgot what brought me to enter this place. Then they have 6 win... read more

Tried to cash my first check ever from my first job ever and they treated me like I was a criminal or was trying to cash a fraudulent check and then tried to make me look like I’m in the wrong the lady’s that was helping me was rude I wouldn’t ever go here again
