Extremely unprofessional, and since I can’t seem to reach anyone over the phone I guess I’ll just say it here. I need a callback regarding WHO cashed my money order? They told me I would have an answer by today, but this morning when I called they said it was never requested and they can’t help. I have provided them all the information asked of me, but apparently this company not only lacks follow up but integrity. The lady at the window was very disrespectful and failed to treat the customer with basic courtesy. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this store.

I wish I was able to give this location zero stars. My son went into the store to purchase a Metrocard, he specifically asked the teller Jose (if that is even his real name), for one that could be used on the Express Bus. The teller reassured him not one, not twice, but three times that the Metrocard would work. The Metrocard did not work and when I returned to location the same day the young lady who was working told my son he had to send it to the MTA. I went inside and she told me there are no refunds. This is the only check cashing location I use. I have 2 next to my house , but rather come here. Krystal and Christina are AMAZING!!!!!. They always greet everyone with a smile and courtesy. The place is always clean and is very well organized, Thank you for all the great work you do...
