Very efficient and friendly staff. Never any issues.
I wish I was able to give this location zero stars. My son went into the store to purchase a Metrocard, he specifically asked the teller Jose (if that is even his real name), for one that could be used on the Express Bus. The teller reassured him not one, not twice, but three times that the Metrocard would work. The Metrocard did not work and when I returned to location the same day the young lady who was working told my son he had to send it to the MTA. I went inside and she told me there are no refunds. This is the only check cashing location I use. I have 2 next to my house , but rather come here. Krystal and Christina are AMAZING!!!!!. They always greet everyone with a smile and courtesy. The place is always clean and is very well organized, Thank you for all the great work you do...
I go here once a month and usually it's never a problem. Today I spent 15min on a short line, with the heat blasted and I'm sweating, ready to pass out; only to reach the sassy Hispanic customer service representative who wasted another 5 minutes of my time. Telling me the system is down and sassing me about it. PUT UP A SIGN SO YOU'RE NOT WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME ON THAT LINE.
Didn't want to cash a postal money order.
