I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the poor service and unprofessional behavior I experienced at your Woodhaven location (9305 Jamaica Ave, Woodhaven, NY 11421) on the morning of Friday, April 18th, 2025. I visited the location to cash a check for $3,527. Upon entering, I noticed the place was empty despite being advertised as a 24-hour service. Great staff that went beyond to make sure they verified my check before cashing it and communicated with me very well.
Terrible, I had two checks to cash. Instead of asking the right questions I was treated like a criminal. Never going back there again.
