I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the poor service and unprofessional behavior I experienced at your Woodhaven location (9305 Jamaica Ave, Woodhaven, NY 11421) on the morning of Friday, April 18th, 2025. It’s says 24hrs but I drove 30 minutes to get there and I called and asked a question and said I was on my way and they couldn’t tell me the registers are off until 1230 for the next shift. It’s 1130 so you have to wait a whole hour to reopen the register very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Update: Went again( 2nd time) was told check has to be verified because it’s 30dys old…after waiting on line for 20mins. Cashier said he couldn’t verify because the ppl he need to call is closed. So I went to PAYOMATIC & surprise NOT ONE ISSUE! PAYOMATIC is the place to go!!! Took my teen son to cash his check, had his NYS ID , was told since it’s his first time there he need a picture taken I said ok. She turns around and ask for his Social Security #. There are always 5 to 6 people back there no matter what time you you get here theres only 1 person working at the window the others laughing in the back while the line get long. Never come to the place of you in a rush time spent here over 30 mins with 4 people in line
