They were very professional about the income tax check that I had that I haven’t cashed it in 28 days. I understood exactly everything they was saying so I didn’t have a problem with them at all and they told me I can pick my money up April 3 after 4 o’clock I understood so I didn’t have a problem with that and it was very professional so I’ll give y’all the five star
Most times when I use this service it's ok. The older lady working in there is just really rude. She doesn't fully listen to your request before talking.
I haven't been to the store for a while. But it was nice to see the nice customer service.I got from the people I haven't seen in a while
I went in one afternoon to buy a money order and paid with my credit card - there was a $3 fee, no problem. A few days later, I went back to get another one, but a different worker told me l couldn't use my credit card anymore and that it had to be debit or cash, with an $11 fee. That's ridiculous. The prices and rules shouldn't change from one day to the next. It really feels like they're taking advantage of people, so I took my business somewhere else.
The employees was super helpful and got everyone in and out!
