They were very professional about the income tax check that I had that I haven’t cashed it in 28 days. I understood exactly everything they was saying so I didn’t have a problem with them at all and they told me I can pick my money up April 3 after 4 o’clock I understood so I didn’t have a problem with that and it was very professional so I’ll give y’all the five star
I went in one afternoon to buy a money order and paid with my credit card - there was a $3 fee, no problem. A few days later, I went back to get another one, but a different worker told me l couldn't use my credit card anymore and that it had to be debit or cash, with an $11 fee. That's ridiculous. The prices and rules shouldn't change from one day to the next. It really feels like they're taking advantage of people, so I took my business somewhere else.
The employees was super helpful and got everyone in and out!
The wait wasn't on and they took care of me right away with no problem
