We went there yesterday to apply for new title and plates as well as pay the required taxes for a trailer. When looking at the paperwork and the receipt we couldn't figure out why the numbers weren't adding up but it was a long day so we just continued on our way home. This morning my husband received a phone call stating that we owed more money in addition to what we already paid. Cashed some paychecks for the first time at a currency exchange. Staff was very nice, and didn't say anything about me coming in as they were about to close. 5/5 stars ^_^
I have been cashing checks with this company for over a decade! Came to this Fox Lake location a few times as well. For some reason today I came in with a check from asurion.... Which is a worldwide consumer insurance company and for some reason I had to be questioned and my check had to be called in to a supervisor for approval.
