I always come to this location it is the closet location near my home and everytime I visit I get racially profiled by the same lady who is always on the far right glass not once have I experienced good service or even customer service from this location , normally if the lady who is on the right isn’t present the other employee never give me any problems I even get my envelope for free which i thought was free but today was different I got charged a extra 25cents for an envelope and the lady gave me a birthday card envelope... read more
They're supposed to close at 6:00pm... I walked up to the door at 5:50 as someone was locking the door. I said there's still 10 minutes and he refused to open the door. There were still people inside. I needed something that would've literally taken 2 minutes. I understand wanting to go home as I work with the public as well, but business is business. Won't go back here again.
Zero stars. My husband and I arrived to cash a check at the location that he received Friday via his employer. With it being the first day of the month (November 1st) we needed the check cashed for money to give to our landlord for rent. Our bank typically deposits checks one business day later and with it being Friday it wasn’t guaranteed we would have it before Monday; regardless it would mean our rent would be Late so we chose to go the alternative route and cash it. I've cashed a bunch of checks here and never had a problem. But today I came in and they refused a check that had nothing wrong with it bc it was from the state of IL and it was a 2 month old check. They didn't give me any reason that made sense just " that's our policy." Really glad that I don't need to rely on this place anymore bc they don't seem to know what they're doing
place is horrible for tittle and plates. the miss information or dont pay attention. been 4 months since i requested tittle and plates for my car and till today's date no arrival so i had to run to secretary of state to find out they dint process paper work correctly. so waste of day and waste of money horrible staff
