The three ladies that are on shift today at 350pm 11/19/25 Horrible customer service. A gentleman came in and the black lady associate gave that man hell. Every question he asked she replied back with “ didn’t I just tell you that” no understanding of the customer question just direct attitude. Even the bigger Hispanic lady with glasses that cashed me out was so mean like a wild bear in the woods hunting with no food for days. Do NOT go here. George, if that's his name, is horrible. So are the other ladies behind the counter. So rude. I honestly don't know why the still have jobs. People file complaints against them all the time and they never get followed through. This area would be way better with them here. #boycotthisrundownplace Wouldn't even give me the managers number. I will be calling the city everyday until they investigate.
The first time I went here, the cashier gave me an awful suggestion that would've wasted a significant amount of my time. I dismissed her suggestion on the grounds that it sounded stupid and least likely for me to accomplish what I was trying to do. HOWEVER, I went in there today (9/26/2024) and attempted to transfer a car title under my name for a vehicle I just bought. Kimberly was very kind and assertive with me and quick with taking care of my needs.
Was closed before 7pm and would not open doors. This was on Saturday May 17th, so please check in with the staff to make sure they are doing what they should be. Extremely disappointed.
