The teller was great! She helped me process a money order that was mailed as a gift to me. She was polite and very attentive to getting it down
I love this location and the employees they are very helpful and respectful I would recommend this location to anyone who stay in the East Chicago area.
Customer service is awesome I just hate paying $80 a month to cash my checks (4) but its usually really fast
I had an amazing experience with this location. The customer service was amazing & the friendly staff 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them. I am a repeat customer and they never disappoint, Liz always helps me & makes sure I leave satisfied.
Every visit I've had at the East Chicago location have been nothing less than great. I always wait for the teller Christina she has me in and out everytime and always has a cheerful attitude not to say the other women dont do a good job as well. Shes just my go to for quick quality service keep up the good work
