I had an IRS check stolen from my mail and somebody tried to cash it here with a fake ID they made. Alba who is the head teller called to let me know she suspected fraud. I thought it was a scam and hung up on her but she called me back and was very patient and explained the situation to me. She confiscated the check and I was able to pick it up the next day. Thank you guys for being so diligent and patient and really saving me from being taken advantage of! It would have taken forever to reclaim these funds if at all.
Seriously rude and evil people behind the counter will screw up your Western Union on purpose. In my case they refused to pay me out even though all my info matched, and when the original issue was sorted they blamed me for an error they madeand said I would have to wait 15 minutes and that it was my fault. Beth was the person that started in with me and was incredibly rude and unwilling to help or even provide me with the service I came in for. This is a very nice place to cash your checks, and western union transaction, thanks Beth to make my transaction fast and easy. I really recommend this place I never send money to my county so easy has this place. I just read some bad comments about this place and let me tell they are liars. Thanks to all staff and special to Jason with a cute smile.
Horrible customer service by Beth and straight told me that I was wrong for following the instructions to pick up cash from the Western Union app. When I pointed out that there shouldn't be an issue she forced me to wait an absurd amount of time out of spite.
Thank you for the Best service ever, I was helped by jason Best young man. He was able to make understand about elderly fraude, thanks to him. I saved my money.
