I get a payday loan like any other time and have for years. I opted for the money to be taken out of my bank account. The money is returned and I get a phone call saying there was insufficient funds in my bank account. Which was not true. I bring the cash in to pay back the loan the same day. And pay the late fee. I come in a few weeks later for another payday loan. They tell me due to whole late payment thing I need to bring in a bank statement. But not online or email. You have to have a printed statement.
