Paid my copay 10 minutes before my appointment. Then my grandfather falls and I call them to say I'm really sorry I have a family emergency. Guy on the phone says jist ask chad to have the late fee taken off. So I send chad a message asking if we can reschedule. No reply at all. 1st visit he said he would send a bunch of info. Nope never happened. 2nd visit he talked the whole time. At the end when it was my turn to speak, I asked if he could potentially sign my FMLA paperwork.
